Overview
The NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier 64GB doubles the memory of the original AGX Xavier so that autonomous machines can host multiple AI models, larger inputs and more concurrent video streams on one module. Its 512-core NVIDIA Volta GPU with 64 Tensor Cores and two NVDLA engines delivers up to 32 TOPS of AI performance in a configurable 10W to 30W envelope.
With an 8-core Carmel Arm v8.2 CPU, 64GB of LPDDR4x at 136.5 GB/s and 32GB of eMMC storage, the module is a drop-in upgrade for existing AGX Xavier designs and is supported by NVIDIA JetPack. It remains a proven choice for deployed fleets that need to extend a product lifecycle without a full platform change.
Key Features
- 32 TOPS: 512-core Volta GPU with 64 Tensor Cores and 2x NVDLA engines
- 64GB LPDDR4x: 256-bit interface, 136.5 GB/s, room for several models and large frame buffers
- 8-core Carmel CPU: Arm v8.2 cores at up to 2.26 GHz with 8MB L2 and 4MB L3
- Drop-in upgrade: Same 100 x 87 mm, 699-pin form factor as every AGX Xavier module
- Multi-camera input: 16 lanes MIPI CSI-2, up to 6 cameras (36 via virtual channels)
- 10W to 30W: Configurable power modes for battery or fanless designs

Why Choose This Product?
If your AGX Xavier design is memory-bound, the 64GB module is the straightforward fix: four times the memory of the 16GB part with no carrier or software changes. It is also the sensible spare and lifecycle-extension part for products already in the field.
