End of life. The original 16GB Jetson AGX Xavier module has been discontinued by NVIDIA. The 32GB and 64GB AGX Xavier modules are pin-compatible replacements, and Jetson AGX Orin is the recommended next-generation platform.
Overview
The NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier 16GB launched the AGX Xavier family in 2018 and set the template for embedded autonomous machines: a 512-core NVIDIA Volta GPU with 64 Tensor Cores, two NVDLA engines, an 8-core Carmel CPU and 16GB of LPDDR4x memory in a 100 x 87 mm module.
This configuration has reached end of life. Products designed around it can move to the AGX Xavier 32GB or 64GB modules, which use the same connector, carrier and JetPack software, or migrate to Jetson AGX Orin for a large step up in performance.
Key Features
- 32 TOPS: 512-core Volta GPU with 64 Tensor Cores and 2x NVDLA
- 16GB LPDDR4x: 256-bit interface, 137 GB/s
- 8-core Carmel CPU: Arm v8.2 cores at up to 2.26 GHz
- Pin-compatible successors: AGX Xavier 32GB and 64GB fit the same carrier
- 10W to 30W: Configurable power modes
